From the very beginning, the Warsaw Chamber Opera has commissioned Polish composers to write operas that have been given their premieres and numerous performances at the WCO. Over more than forty years (1962–2008), thirteen such works have been produced. Of course, it is impossible to revisit all the works performed years ago, for a variety of reasons. performances: 5, 7, 9 March 2012 , 7.00 p.m., Warsaw Chamber Opera Theatre
In connection with the directive issued by the President of the Republic of Poland relating to the period of national mourning on the territory of the Republic of Poland, the performance of Polyeucte scheduled for 5 March 2012 is cancelled.
The box office will refund patrons the cost of their tickets or, wherever possible, will propose seats for the performances on 7 or 9 March. Refunds must be made by 30 March 2012 at the latest.

In connection with Resolution 39/12 passed by the Mazovia Voivodeship Assembly on 12 March 2012 reducing the subsidy awarded in December 2011 for the Warsaw Chamber Opera by the sum of 4,578,535 zloty (23.55% of the previous subsidy), we kindly inform our patrons of the cancellation of the performances: 26 , 27 March 2012.
